Glutathione competitively inhibits melanin synthesis in the reaction of tyrosinase and L-DOPA by interrupting L-DOPA’s ability to bind to tyrosinase during melanin synthesis. These results indicate that glutathione inhibits the synthesis and agglutination of melanin by interrupting the function of L-DOPA.

N-acetyl-L-cysteine, 200mg, has been shown to augment the glutathione reserves in the body.

For sublingual admin, prep is the same as for injection. Withdraw 1/4 of the solution and squirt it under the tongue, keeping it there for 5 minutes, then swallow the remainder. Repeat morning and evening for 2 days, refrigerate remainder between doses. 1 vial every 4 days is optimal.
